The church of St Michael’s Michaelston-y-Fedw is in the heart of this ancient and tranquil village of Michaelston situated half way between the cities of Cardiff and Newport. The village residents, both Church Members and those who don’t often frequent our services, take great pride in the care and maintenance of our Church building and we have a close relationship with the Village Hall and the local public house, the Cefn Mably, adjacent to the Church.

We converted the vestry area at the back of the Church several years ago to house a kitchen and lavatory which are of huge benefit to all. We have a bell tower with 8 bells which is of great attraction to visiting ringers as well as local bell ringing teams and has a peel written and named after the village.
